Very tasty dishes, in extremely good price. Ventilation is not very strong, after we left the restaurant our clothes smell like fried codfish. Owners, a couple, don't speak any foreign language and they are not so polite.
Traditional Portuguese restaurant, cozy and not to many tourists.
You need to book in advance or you won’t find a place!
The woman that is cooking is incredibly nice and her food even better.
We tried Oporto wine here, from a small barrel which was so good.
For eating we took some appetisers with Bacalhau, meat and shrimps and after the Bacalhau a Braga and Alheira with egg and chips, this one was super good 😊
They also have home made desserts and they serve them in huge portions so be ready to eat a lot!
This place is a hidden gem in terms of the food - everything is cooked to order and good quality. The owner who runs the front of house needs a lesson in customer service. We didn’t have a reservation so he offered us a table and asked us to be quick, which was fair - we ordered a few things and he was quite judging that we had under ordered in his eyes. When we left and said thank you, he grunted at us. Seemed unwelcoming of non native speakers.
Amazing restaurant in Porto, the owner is fantastic and the kitchen made amazing dishes. Reserve tables in advance or you will go home without eating :)10/10
Local portuguese dishes are generally too oily. Sure depends on the person. Personally
I would try the grilled dishes for the next time.
Very delicious homemade dishes! If you want to try traditional Portuguese food, you should come here.
bem não, ótimo...
Another level of real portuguese food. Very good price. Only cash and small place. Have to go early night. Attended by its owners.
The place is great the vibe is really nice, you feel like in home, the workers are nice and the food is amazing and just so tasty you can’t stop eating. The fish is fresh and tasty, the soup is very good and the desserts are just unspeakably delicious and homemade. Before you go there you need to make a reservation but it’s soooooo worth it, if you are in Porto you just need to go here
